The year that is ending, has been different from the previous one, but also different from all the past years.

A 2021 in which all of us at Italplant have worked to the maximum to pursue our corporate mission: to guarantee the best possible solutions and the highest performance in the world for all those companies that have decided to place their trust in Italplant, increasing the performance provided by our indexers and conveyors.

In 2021 we also celebrated a very important accomplishment: our first forty years. Italplant, in fact, was founded by engineer Giorgio C. Gay in 1981.

The collaboration between engineer Gay and John Reeve, a theoretical mathematician at the head of Manifold, has been one of the main drivers for the success of our company, thanks to the design of the revolutionary series of globoidal indexers, which is just one of the many systems implemented by patents over the years by our company.

We decided to implement an important overall rebranding operation, on the occasion of the fortieth anniversary of our foundation.

A rebranding that took place through the creation of a new website, a new payoff (“Precision Transfer Systems”), a new logo, a new internal and external identity. A renewal necessary to communicate our ambition to project ourselves into a future in which we want to continue to excel.

This year has also represented for us the return of trade fairs: in July we attended AHTE in Shanghai, one of the largest and most important trade fairs in the world, dedicated to the industry of automation, production, assembly and technologies related to packaging and automatic packaging systems.

After the trade fair AHTE, the nineteenth edition of MECSPE took place at the end of November, that is one of the most important European exhibitions related to automation and Industry 4.0, which was held for the first time in BolognaFiere.

Our stands were a great success at both events, with hundreds of companies and professionals interested in our products.

It has been a very intense and satisfying year, which has represented the first important step towards a general economic recovery of our country. We are pleased to have contributed to this restart, but we don’t want to stop and we don’t want to settle for these results.

The year 2022 will be another challenging year, in which we will continue to run on a road that was laid out forty years ago towards the future.

In the meantime, the whole Italplant team wishes you a Merry Christmas and a 2022 full of satisfactions!
